Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Mommy & Milo want your experience shopping with us to be an easy and enjoyable experience. If you are wanting to exchange or refund a product we would be happy to help if all criteria is met:
- All products that are on sale can not be exchanged or be refunded for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.
- Dummies and bottles are a non refundable product and all sales are final once purchased due to hygienic reasons unless faulty.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- We accept returns and refunds for faulty items, in this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.
- All exchange or change of mind returns MUST be returned in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached (if applicable). Postage back to us for an item to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer. The new item to be exchanged will be shipped within 48hrs of us receiving the incorrect item and is also the responsibility of the customer.
